We deliver reports within 3–5 working days of the inspection. For time-sensitive transactions, we offer an express service. Let us know your exchange deadline when you get in touch and we'll accommodate your timescale wherever possible.

To provide an accurate quote, we need the property address, the approximate age and size (number of bedrooms is fine), the type of property (house, flat, commercial) and which survey type you're considering. If you're unsure which survey you need, just tell us about the property and we'll recommend the right level for your situation.
